Cul-de-sac location
Hillcrest Place is on a cul-de-sac, off the main through-streets. No through traffic means less noise from the street—a practical difference when your schedule doesn’t match a 9-to-5.
Gated courtyard entry
Controlled-access gate at the courtyard. No on-site leasing office means no foot traffic through the building.
Month-to-month leases for contract work
Rare in Hillcrest. If you’re a travel nurse on a 13-week assignment, doing a one-year residency rotation, or on a trial period in a new city, you shouldn’t have to sign a 12-month lease. You don’t have to.
Cosigners welcome, no credit-score cutoff
Medical students and residents often have thin credit files, and student debt doesn’t have to be a lease-blocker. We look at overall payment history, not a single number. Cosigners and guarantors are always welcome.
24-hour laundry for odd hours
On-site laundry, available whenever your shift ends. Run scrubs at 3 a.m. without leaving the building.
High-speed internet, multiple providers
Cox and Google Fiber offer gigabit plans; AT&T and over-the-air providers are also available. If you’re doing telehealth visits, CME modules, or charting from home, you’ve got options—and provider competition keeps pricing honest.
